We are preparing courses based on the Big Bible approach. It seems apparent that there are several good resources for adults and older adolescents for this old earth creationist approach (notably at the Reasons to Believe website). However, many comments from home schoolers note that there are not many home school teaching materials for this old earth perspective. So, our aim is to fill some of the gap and make this perspective very approachable for children.
Our tentative plans are to develop sets of curricula that the following different age groups.
- Beginning Explorers – ages 3-6 years
- Young Explorers – ages 7-10 years
- Growing Explorers – ages 11-14 years
- Strong and Compassionate Explorers – ages 15-18 years
